To ensure that your foot is held securely in place, the FRX 80 skates feature an FK buckle fastening at the ankle and a velcro mid-strap fastening across the top of your foot. The FR laces are somewhat of a cult item for dedicated bladers. Due to their long length, wide girth and matte finish they grip very well. Often searched for as an aftermarket item (but rarely available!)

Size Tip: Many people find FR skates fit a little small, please take this into account when choosing your size. We'd recommend buying a size up if you are unsure or between sizes.

For the best performance, inline skates should have a snug fit. It's not necessary to buy inline skates one size larger than your foot size; as they break in, all inline skates will expand and widen over time. It's important to know that soft boots will expand more than hybrid or carbon boots.

Should I measure the size of my shoe’s insole? NO. The Powerslide sizing charts refer to the size of the last and not the size of the insoles which are always a few mm smaller.
