Product refund and exchange policy
1. Right to exchange and conditions
1.1. In accordance with Colombia's Consumer Protection Law (Law 1480 of 2011), customers may request an exchange within five (5) business days after receiving the product, provided that:
- The product has not been used.
- The product is in perfect condition, with its original packaging, tags, and all included accessories.
- The product was not purchased on sale or clearance, unless it has a manufacturing defect.
1.2. To request an exchange, customers must send an email to info@viprosports.net with the following information:
- Order number and purchase date.
- Reason for the exchange.
- Clear photographs of the product in its current condition.
2. Available Options
2.1. Customers may choose one of the following options:
- An identical product (same model, size, or color), subject to inventory availability.
- A different product, with the customer paying any price difference.
2.2. If the desired product is not available, a store credit for the paid amount will be issued, valid for 90 calendar days.
3. Associated Costs
3.1. Errors or Manufacturing Defects:
If the delivered product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order, ViProSports will cover all transportation and logistics costs related to the exchange.
3.2. Voluntary Exchanges:
If the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size or preference for a different model), they will bear the transportation costs associated with returning and reshipping the product.
4. Exclusions to the Exchange Policy
4.1. Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear.
- Products without their original packaging, accessories, or tags.
- Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
5. Exchange Procedure
5.1. Once the product is received at our facilities, it will undergo a technical inspection to verify compliance with the exchange conditions.
5.2. If the product meets the requirements, the exchange or store credit will be processed within 10 to 15 business days.
5.3. If the product does not meet the established conditions, it will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping costs.
6. Additional Guarantees
6.1. If the product shows defects after use, the customer must file a warranty claim according to the terms outlined in our Warranty Conditions.
