Refund policy

Returns

• Timeframe: 7 business days after receiving the order.
• Conditions:

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
• A 20% administrative fee will be deducted.

• Process:

• Customer covers return shipping costs* (unless due to our error).
• Refunds processed within 30 days.

Cancellations

• Due to force majeure (e.g., order already shipped):

• A 20% administrative fee will apply if canceled within the estimated delivery window.

• Out-of-stock items:

• Full refund issued if the product is unavailable.
