ViProSports International Exchange Policy

At ViProSports, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a transparent and fair exchange policy in compliance with global consumer protection standards.

You may request an exchange if:

  • It's withing 7 calendar days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in perfect condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • The item wasn't purchased on sale (unless defective)

How to request an exchange:

Email info@viprosports.net with:

• Order number and date
• Exchange reason
• Photos of the product's current condition

Your options:

  • Exchange for the same model (subject to availability)
  • Choose a different product (price difference applies)
  • Receive a store credit (valid 90 days)

Shipping responsibility

  • Customer covers return shipping costs* (unless due to our error).
  • Customer covers return shipping for voluntary exchanges (size/style changes)

Non-eligible items:

  • Used, damaged, or worn products
  • Missing original packaging/tags
  • Clearance/promotional items (unless defective)

Process timeline:

  • Inspection upon receipt
  • Processing within 10-15 business days (if approved)
  • Returned to customer (at their expense) if requirements aren't met
