Warranty conditions

What’s covered

We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for all products bought directly from our online store.

  • Covers only manufacturing defects.
  • Does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no cost.

How to file a claim

To submit a warranty request, please email info@viprosports.net with:

  1. Your order number and purchase date.
  2. A detailed description of the issue.
  3. Clear photos of the defect.
  4. Any additional documents if requested.

Our customer service team will respond with the steps to follow, including return instructions if applicable.

Shipping costs

  • The customer covers shipping costs to send the product to ViProSports for evaluation.
  • If warranty is approved, ViProSports covers return shipping to the customer (or provides a replacement at no additional cost).
  • If warranty is denied, the customer pays for product return (if desired).

Not covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. wheels, bearings, or thread).
  • Misuse, abuse, or accidents.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
  • Discounted or clearance items.

Replacements

If your product can’t be repaired in a reasonable time, and the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide a replacement with a similar model at no cost.
