Warranty conditions

1. Warranty coverage
The warranty provided by ViProSports covers manufacturing defects in products purchased through our online store, under the following conditions:

  • The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase of the product.
  • The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
  • If the product shows a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, ViProSports will cover the costs of repair or replacement, provided the defect is covered by the warranty terms.

2. Warranty claim process
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

Send an email to info@viprosports.net, providing the following information:

  • Order number and purchase date.
  • A detailed description of the defect or issue with the product.
  • Photographs of the product clearly showing the defect.
  • Any additional documentation if requested.


Upon receiving the claim, our customer service team will send instructions on how to proceed with the case, including information about returning the product if applicable.

Once the product is evaluated, if it is determined that the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

3. Shipping and handling costs

  • ViProSports will cover shipping and handling costs within the national territory if the product is defective and determined to be covered by the warranty.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer if the product does not meet the warranty requirements.

4. Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from daily use of the product, such as wear on the wheels or natural changes in the product due to use.
  • Threading on skates: Damage to the threading, such as wear from normal use, is not covered by the warranty.
  • Discounted products: Products purchased under special offers or discounts are not covered by the warranty.

5. Warranty exceptions
The warranty will not apply if:

  • The damage is caused by improper use, mishandling, or alterations made by the customer.
  • The product has been used for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
  • The product has been repaired or modified by an unauthorized person.

6. Replacement rights
If the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time frame, ViProSports will offer a replacement with a similar product, provided the product meets the warranty conditions and it is demonstrated that the defect is a manufacturing fault.
