Warranty conditions
What’s covered
We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for all products bought directly from our online store.
- Covers only manufacturing defects.
- Does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no cost.
How to file a claim
To submit a warranty request, please email info@viprosports.net with:
- Your order number and purchase date.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the defect.
- Any additional documents if requested.
Our customer service team will respond with the steps to follow, including return instructions if applicable.
Shipping costs
- The customer covers shipping costs to send the product to ViProSports for evaluation.
- If warranty is approved, ViProSports covers return shipping to the customer (or provides a replacement at no additional cost).
- If warranty is denied, the customer pays for product return (if desired).
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. wheels, bearings, or thread).
- Misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
- Discounted or clearance items.
Replacements
If your product can’t be repaired in a reasonable time, and the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide a replacement with a similar model at no cost.
